I used to snowboard at Sierra every weekend back when I was in high school, I would love a winter cabin. 

Rancho is the nicest general area out here, but West Fontana does have some very nice newly developed homes, Sierra Lakes.

I came from the Bay Area and I too worked for a large syndicator finding and running some of their land developments mainly in the Sacramento Sierra foothills .
