Hello Guys - I am looking to subscribe to a new data source for my direct mail campaigns.

I have created squeeze pages that will be coupled with free buyer guides I get from a service that I subscribe to.

I subscribe to different services and marketing tools that really drive up my cost/mo for being a realtor..If you were just using it to look at properties and to save the "3%" (it's not really the full 3... as per Russell's post) it probably won't be worth it at the moment, but if you decided to pursue investing, it is an amazing tool.

Welcome George.Being fairly new here my self the best advice I can give is read as much information as you possibly can on Biggerpockets, listen to podcasts subscribe to the youtube channel.

Outlook somehow integrated with all my other free systems (google, linkedin, icloud) and now I have at least 5 instances of each of my contacts.  

I don't really need any cloud-based options, use it anywhere type options.... that is what I use iCloud for. 

On the areas that I focus on, I have subscribed to Google Alerts, which sends daily updates of news stories that feature my areas.
