in our state you cant do pass through closings anymore.. no title company will do themalthough in your state with all the little independent lawyers that do RE closing I suspect one will do it as they need the revenue

This will help you visualize where you have open space to do RE stuff.I also had a commute that took 45 minutes each way so I used that time to listen to podcasts, audio books, call people, etc.Then, I STOPPED using to-do lists or task lists.

What do RE investors look for in a property manager?

They primarily do RE management but lately they have managed to  get a nice amount of inventory of  off market deals or contracts they purchased and seek to flip.my part of the business would be so called "Director of Acquisitions"  to setup the deals,  find and meet the buyers /investors and work with them on all the details, to bring it from the purchase offer, to the closing.my question is what should be the commission split on such a business partnership ??
