Hopefully it didn't crack in the bottom...when you install a fiberglass/plastic tub you are supposed to lay down a bed of mortar for it to sit in so it doesn't flex while you and a lot of water are in it

If you need surgery you don't go to your GP, you go to a surgeon.Investor friendly agent like me are around, BUT I find we tend not to advertise we are..... here is why, in my opinion....Like most investor/realtors, I got my license mostly to facilitate my own deal. and help other investors along the way.

I've seen in very durable plastic with non-slip surface.. otherwise I'd replace each stair tread and then put this covering over it..

If you're building from the ground up.... consider Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) homes.Essentially, you get VERY light pallets, which are like styrofoam panels that sit parallel to each other, being connected by plastic accordion doohickeys to make the "block" form.

Plastic coated cable works well.If the rope isn't on the window you'll need to pull off one side of the sash and pull the window out (lower part of a double hung) and screw in to attach the rope.Put the weights on so that in the full down position the weights are just below the opening at the roller wheel

We used plastic sheeting under the tile and wrapped it up on studs before sheet rock a few inches forming a water proof barrier, no way could water get the the down stairs ceiling from water on the floor.

So my questions are more related to if I go on a per room basis and buy beds, my mom suggested buying mattress protectors and plastic sheets for the beds to protect them.
