You do want to reach your target port and not steer into the pier while docking.

Rather than having to deal with evicting a tenant, self storage owners simply, send a certified letter, publish a legal notice in a local paper and then au ction of the contents of the storage unit to reclaim their unit.  

Add the possibility of the Grand Parkway, the planned space port at Ellington Field, and the planned BMW reception port in Galveston and I think you have a recipe for a strong appreciation over the coming years (barring any economic catastrophes of course).

I'm seeing suspicious classifications all around Kitsap including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Bainbridge Island, etc.Bonus Question: does anyone have insight into property class '911- Common area' and how this is determined and taxed by the county.
