We have had an issue with elevator noise coming in to our unit.

Where neighborhoods had lots of damage out here, the mobile home were all fine due to elevation and we are zone X but had significant water.   

Does anybody know a architect/structural engineer who can draw floor plan and property elevation to submit to L&I.

I sent a certified letter to his home address (which USPS documented he signed for on Nov 28) asking for him to return my funds by Dec 15 or I would elevate the issue. 

If the house has a current elevation certification, then you can get an accurate quote from most insurance agencies.

This would save you money in the long run as it would reduce your insurance costs and then restore its ability for banks to loan without the flood insurance.Raise the home off the ground so that the floor is 12 inches (or more) above the base flood elevation.

And some land is more desirable than others due to it's elevation.
