Need help with an Architect /engineer in Philadelphia
Does anybody know a architect/structural engineer who can draw floor plan and property elevation to submit to L&I. This is for Certificate of Occupancy. I am converting a Single family into triplex. Thanks everyone.

Architect and Structure engineer often licensed as Professional engineer with civil engineer specialty are two separate disciplines same as DDS and MD are related professionals. You will need someone who understand the local building code and another one to review surveyor measurement results and perform load calculations and stamp his approval seal later. Best start from architect and have him recommend a PE to approve. You are looking for an AIA and a PE plus a surveyor. Good luck.
