Came across this interesting Build to Rent(BTR) concept. Basically.....You invest the $50k-$60k up front for a single-family build or $100k for a duplex build.
BTR company creates an entity together to own the asset....

Maybe you mean to be able to partner with people?  

Also it would be amazing for any investors that would like to partner up with us on our first deal as well as any private lenders would give us additional information or pointers as well.

This is what my partner did. 

Many add 10% to the original cost of the item or service, or if they partner with a cook, massagist, etc. they would get 5-8% of the amount the person received.

I was thinking about getting a Equity Partner for this deal.

If you partner, do so only for a limited time with a clear exit.
