Looking to connect with investor friendly agent in the bay area

I am planning to do some flipping projects in the South Bay. My target purchase price is under $1.7M and prefer cosmetic fix to start with. Looking to connect with investor friendly agent who can work together.

You aren't going to get the best options posting that here. Hey, I have a pile of money I would like you to help me spend doesn't always bring out the best people. Also, you'll want to have these answers ready when you find a good one. This is what they will want to know right away to see if it will be worth their time.

1. Have you ever done a rehab before?

2. Do you own any other properties in the South Bay?

3. What type of financing or cash are you using to purchase?

4. Do you have any partners or other decision makers in this endeavor?

5. If you price is under $1.7m, what rehab budget do you want to stay under, and what profit are you looking for?
