Currently, there's a lot of migration into Texas and therefore, it's easier to find tenants who are willing to pay $3,000 to $3,500 but at any given time, those tenants are a small minority.  

Southern Ontario will remain a strong housing market even with the stress tests and the lack of affordability.We have immigration and migration plus millennials coming into the housing market hot and ready.

I was thinking about bushwick too...I agree new york is tough, Williamsburg seems to have experienced a good amount of growth though, alot of young professionals have migrated to there.

My wife and I are migrating back north to the US of A as I type this.

I'm an investor, started my investment path in Southern California where I live, then migrated to north Houston area. 

Texas cities still top the charts on places for young professionals to migrate.

But for whatever reason I can't migrate it to my iPhone.
