The truth is if someone breaks in & has a hat on and keeps looking down, the camera doesn't cath their face.

Personally, I’d hate to lose the interest rate but if the property is doing more harm than good, maybe it’s just not the right one for you and your owner style.I wear a lot of hats in this space.

Then put your wholesaler hat back on......and subtract your fee.

Many times there is very little cavity in the wall as they are just furred out and the ledger boards at the top of each wall are solid for maybe 12" requiring a big hassle to cut to get wires between floors.

The support staff that Redfin has working on every transaction helps move them much more smoothly towards closing than when individual agents are trying to wear too many hats at once and make mistakes when stretched thin in too many directions.

But in some tourist destinations, the STRs are really set apart, to provide much more than just a place to hang your hat in the evening and just can't be compared to a hotel.In fact, COVID, opened the eyes of many visitors to my market that booked my cabins, because they were afraid of being in hotels where they normally stayed, and they were blown away by the experience.The only way I would be lowering my cleaning fees, is if I was forced to do so from competition from other "similar" STR properties that I am really competing with.
