Here in my state we have to store their stuff for 30 days even if they abandon it, then we can keep/sell/donate as desired.

LLC can be formed in another state if tax incentives to do so existMy research so far I believe that the yearly rental income although donated would still be taxed as Income, and then after words the deduction applied.Much appreciated.Regards,Mario

No selling, and no fee but I am paying $25 for the meeting room and will accept any donations to help cover the fee.  

As my intentions are very strong to buy this package, I do intend to donate $500 to the charity of my Future Mentors choice. 

I tell them I will donate anything that could be used by someone else to charity and finish cleaning out the house if that would help them move forward.

I have not donated a house for that to the fire department, but have seen people do that in my town, i think that is a great idea, and helps with the demolition.

Worst case scenario I donate the furniture to the church and I'm back where I started.The reservations came in fast and hard.
