Multi Family Deal Analysis - Mentors Eyes

Hello All,

After doing multiple deals in Philadelphia, PA i.e. SFR and Duplexes, I think now I'm ready for some big multis. I have 27 + 2 commercial spaces under contract in Connecticut. Since it is my first multi deal, I'm looking for a second set of eyes, a Mentor perhaps. I'm scared as hell, but know that nothing will happen if I don't take the step. I will do ALL the leg work, site visit, analysis, get inspections done and hire an attorney, BUT still need an experienced investors opinion that if I'm forgetting a step in my due diligence or something that I should ask or do now before buying. Any help is appreciated. As my intentions are very strong to buy this package, I do intend to donate $500 to the charity of my Future Mentors choice.

Thank you.

Kaiser.
