There are thousands of neighborhoods in different climates, and with different surroundings.  

I'd like to move to a financial position where my passive (i.e. real estate) income is enough to live on because my earned income relies on government grant funding, which is tumultuous in today's political climate.  

I like Raleigh due to population growth, great colleges and climate and Newer housing stock.  

At least, I always saw them smoking outside and there was no sign of smoking on their move-out.With all that said, I do live in a fairly temperate climate.
