The one thing that has really encouraged me about whether or not I really want to do real estate is how fascinating I find the whole mechanics and psychology of it.Do you work mainly in WI or do you bounce back and forth?

Eventually the check bounces and you're out whatever money you wired.I'm sure there are legitimate businesses in Nigeria.

@Jonathon Cole - bouncing ideas around with others is something I need to become better at doing@Stephen Masek - we are looking forward to being debt free, and second jobs aren't a possibility for a number of reasons; kids, overtime at our primary jobs, etc.

This site has great tools to help you get started, as well as a great way to network with other like minded individuals that are always great to bounce ideas off of!

I would imagine this is a little confusing since I am guessing they bounce some program features from one or more different departments.  

Let me know if you need to bounce some ideas.
