Hello!

My wife and I are exploring real estate as an income source to help us pay off our student loan debt and achieve the lifestyle we want. I realized some time ago that I would not be able to reach my financial goals with only a salary, and that setting up multiple income streams seems to be the best bet given my personality and ambitions. Although I enjoy my career, I would prefer not to be financially tied to it.

We have zero experience in real estate and limited capital, however I expect that will change in time. I'm very interested in attending any real estate investment club or association meetings that happen in our area, so please make me aware.
