Hello Everyone,

I have been a member for a while but never introduced myself here.

I have been intrigued by real estate investment (specifically multi-family) ever since I started High School.  I went through 4-5 books targeted towards 2-4 unit multi-family residences.

I graduated from college and am now working as a Project Manager.

I have not made a deal yet, but I'm excited to get started.

Welcome to BP, Dan!  You'll find a great network here.  I suggest listening to the podcasts...great way to allow for multi-tasking.
