I have been talking with a gentleman who is located in Nigeria about investing in real estate here in florida. I requested a POF and he provided. I am curious to know if theres any way this can be a scam and if so how can he?. He seems straight up but I am always cautious when it comes to money. Especially from a international investor. I plan to see my lawyer tomorrow but I would like to know your thoughts.
