There are several REI groups in the area, but I have not attended yet. 

Sellers often don't physically attend the closing, but they will have to sign transfer documents with the title company or attorney to effectuate the transfer of title.

There are some really good meet ups put together by BP members in both markets that you should try and attend.

Along my journey to financial freedom i came across real estate as an investment vehicle to supply my life dreams of being able to attend all my kids games and still have a cash flow able to provide my dream life and goals.Trought my adult life my girlfriend and her family have stood by and watched me  change for the better. loving and supporting us while fighting there own battle.

We are going to be traveling and off-the-grid for a couple of weeks, but we definitely plan on attending events in northern NJ beginning in August.

I am planning on attending any REIA or BP events I can in the coming months, so look forward to hopefully meeting some of you face to face in the near future!

I also attended the auction today and still have a few properties to review and bid on ... alternatively, checking gutted houses as well for Cash deals. 

I would recommend attending the NARPM Florida State Conference here in Orlando next week on the 20-21st.
