New to BP in West Orange, Essex County, NJ

Hi everyone - hope this message finds you well.

I am brand new to BP and am actively looking for the first deal. We are primarily looking for SFH rehabs in the West Orange / Maplewood / South Orange area in Essex County northern New Jersey. My wife and I both work in marketing / brand management for large organizations, but there is a part of us that still thinks like engineers. We are excited to put the 'scientific method' into action and are eager to learn and navigate a new business. My wife's last day at work is this Friday the 13th (fitting), so our newly formed LLC will have its captain and we will be accelerating our research and outreach to find some deals. We'd love to meet new folks in the area and would be open to partnering on deals to continue the learning curve, particularly in the small multi-family rental space (easy access to PATH/mass transit).

Looking forward to sharing our experiences and connecting with you.

Best,

Nick Senter
