Wholesaling in Charleston, SC

Kala Green
Posted

Hello. I just attended a Than Merrill seminar in Charleston, SC to learn more about the real estate business. However, my dilemma is NO cash to start up. I couldn't dedicate $200 to learn how to start with two little ones at home. I still have the desire to get into wholesaling/rehabbing, but how do I start with nothing?? Can I start with nothing? What do I need to start besides wishful thinking? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

You can certainly start with no money @Kala Green, but you should focus on learning more and honing your skills. You can network with other investors who may have the money, but you want to become very good at sourcing deals or bringing something to the table.
