Your time and effort are best concentrated on either finding more properties or optimizing your current house hack. 

I have been searching the web, Loopnet, etc. but realized the best way is to work with a buyers agent or broker and looking for how best to find someone and the pros and cons of me paying their commission (buyers agent?)

I'm still having issues with the listsource web site.

Turns out you can add pics from web page but not through the app.

You can optimize for occupancy, revenue, or top dollar. 

It's obviously likely a different target demographic than the listings at Pacaso.https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4...One caveat to their offering is it's early stage so their are some bugs to the platform's app, which is iOS only, Android app on the roadmap, and it's not web-based so you can only participate using the mobile app.
