Can you critique my PPC Carrot site?

Hey all! I don't know if this is the right sub-forums to post this but i'm wondering if anybody who has ever ran PPC can judge my site. My conversion rate is very low. I want to do everything possible on my end to optimize the site. I have hired a ppc manager but created the site on my own. Thank You!!! Site is thehomesellingsolution.com
