New Here - ARV+Cash-out-Refi
I'm brand new to this so please excuse any ignorance. There are a million articles across the web saying different things and I believe the BP community is going to be where the most reliable information will be for what I'm wanting to do in real estate investing.
1. Is ARV a loan type you get to perform rehabs or is it just a calculation to help you find a good deal?
2. How can I put myself in a better position to get approved for a cash-out refinance? Any lessons learned from certain deals where you couldn't make it happen?
3. After being approved for cash-out refi, do you actually get a check from the cash you've put into the deal? Just wanting to get a logistics perspective on this process because managing the debts and cash involved is obviously important.
