I currently work in the technology field and have had an interest in multifamily rentals ever since my wife showed me the potential of real estate about a year ago.

Most people don't want to be burdened with complicated technology on their vacation which is why emails has seemed to work so well I think (for my properties at least).But to answer your technology question, there are a lot of options you can use to 'feed' to your tablet. 

I used to be passionate about technology... until I found a new passion (real estate), and then the 9-5 started to feel like a "job" and "work".
