The problem with unmarried people living together in a unit is that it is very easy for people to move out due to whatever reasons and if not "everyone" on the lease is able to afford the rent, this creates an issue for the whole "group". ie, if there's 3 girls living together in a property and it requires all their incomes to fund the rent, if any one of the 3 moves out, then it leaves the other two with rent they can't afford.

Hi @Mo Muigai,Sounds like you are stressing out on buying two properties like you are about to marry two different girls and you don't want them to find out about the other. 

My wife and I have 2 girls (both under the age of 2).

, let me pose to you the following thought exercise:  You have a 7-year old little girl who attends an elementary school walking distance from your home. 

Busy busy as times as we have an almost 4 year old and 10 month old but it’s all for my family, and the future I want for my wife and I and especially our two girls.
