New Investor from Neenah, WI
Happy Monday! My name is Bryan Edwards and I’m from a small city in Wisconsin called Neenah. I am new to the world of real estate investing. I’ve been listening to the BP Money podcast for the past few weeks and have also listened to other Personal Finance podcasts and have developed an interest in real estate investing as a result. I currently manage a small, independent grocery store and have spent my entire working career in retail (Grocery and Convenience Store). My wife and I have 2 girls (both under the age of 2). My family is my main motivation for pursuing real estate as a means to achieve FI. Look forward to exploring the BP community and plethora of information!

Welcome to the site @Bryan Edwards. I would recommend attending the local WiscoREIA in Appleton. I have met a lot of really cool people there that are always willing to help. You have your "Why" figured out so just put together a plan of action and start. Feel free to reach out if you need any help.
