Let's save the planet by reducing digital waste

If you've been thinking about this for 3 years and waiting for the planets to align, you may never get started. 

I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing blogging right now, as there is something on HBO right now called "Cannibal Cop," but something has been bothering me today as I begin my search for a small portfolio lender in my area.The innovators in finance, some of the great minds of our time have lost the trust of the public for so many different reasons, not the least of which is that, on the whole, they gave up on common sense.Bill Gates wrote an article discussing the globalization of the economy where he pointed out that  (you'll excuse me if I butcher his words through paraphrasing) the third world countries on this planet are often mistakenly thought of as essentially being void of financial activity.

It's cleaner, not toxic, no toxic glues, metal fittings that touch the water except the main valve-regulator thing-a- ma-jig.

.: black swan events, local socialists implementing rent control, local and federal governments taxing the crap out of landlords, a toxic dump discovered under your property, and plenty of other 'unforseen' surprises.

Quite a unique part of the planet.

Nobody should take my opinions worth a grain of salt as long as they reside on the planet Earth or a subsidiary.

When buying farm or orchard land for houses, do you have sois tests done to determine pesticide/herbacide or other toxic chemicals, including waste dumps or ponds, or overuse of manures?

Plaster, wallpaper, lathe all are non toxic as far as I know.
