Seen a few posts on here where I feel people share their success stories for bragging rights and others who were willing to spill most of the details...I'm a newbie myself trying to get my feet in wholesaling and i'm the type of person to do all the research myself first and if I have any questions that I really can't find the answer to, I write them down and put it to the side hoping i stumble upon the answers later on or the next day through more dedicated research or leave it for when I meet with my real estate attorney.
