Brand new to Real Estate investing

Hello, I'm Anthony Edwards from Dallas Tx.  I'm a 5th grade Math teacher and I decided to get into real estate to supplement my income.  My focus, initially will be on Wholesaling. My goal is to replace my teacher salary within the next 2 yrs and if I'm teaching in 2 yrs it will be because I want to and not because I have to.  

I genuinely love teaching but it will great to have more financial freedom.  I want to be in a position where I can be a blessing to others and volunteer more.

I'm definitely open to any advise, pointers, and resources you want to share.  I look forward to establishing many new business relationships.
