I have a small yet suitable buyers list and will begin my marketing campaign here in San Diego to find motivated sellers.However before i proceed, I would rather not find properties that are upside down and require a short-sale (although i will be a licensed RE Salesperson shortly) I do not have experience with short sales and would rather not work for a broker while wholesaling.So the Golden Question is: Since upside-down mortgages require short sales, How can I find motivated sellers who hold a decent amount of equity in their home?

Hi Tiffany,A squeeze page is a short landing page that does not allow the visitor to access the main content unless they first provide you with an e-mail address.Generally, you offer the visitor something of value in the visitor's eyes in exchange for their contact info.

Just something to think about . . . anyone who has used BiggerPockets to learn ANYTHING, make deals, meet colleagues, bring visitors to their website/business, etc., has had success with social media.I'd estimate that the number of people who have had success on this social media site is now certainly in the millions....
