short sale applications

Twice I've submitted packets to my negotiator and he's come back saying the lender wants their packet filled out and it's essentially the same exact information. He has been able to talk to the lender's negotiator and just get our paperwork accepted, but just to streamline things, is there a central location that houses all lender short sale forms? I'd rather look there and download the correct application to start with then have the homeowner fill out the same information twice.
