I know what a squeeze page is but I don't know where to set it up and how to build it up effectively. Since it may attract motivated seller and buyer at once, I don't know where to get seller/buyer's name and email from website. Any suggestion or information about the topic would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi Tiffany,

A squeeze page is a short landing page that does not allow the visitor to access the main content unless they first provide you with an e-mail address.

Generally, you offer the visitor something of value in the visitor's eyes in exchange for their contact info. Also, you will need to clearly state what your privacy policy is to gain the trust of the visitor and to be compliant with the law.

Since your squeeze page will be very targeted, it should not attract both buyers and sellers if constructed properly.

Another thing you will need to think about is how you will drive traffic to your squeeze page. If you will rely on SEO or paid traffic, you may be penalized by the search engines unless you page has quality content. The penalties take the form of a low rank (for SEO) and higher advertising costs (for paid traffic).

You can easily google "squeeze page templates" or "real estate squeeze page templates" and find suitable examples.

Consider combining your squezee page with a blog to get a higher quality score.

Now, the second thing you will need to use is an e-mail autoresponder service. These are very affordable. The e-mail autoresponder service will create the "name capture" fields for your squeeze page. Also, when the visitor clicks "submit", the e-mail autoresponder service will compile a database of your users and will send them a sequential series of e-mails with your campaign.

Look into aWeber, iContact, GetResponse, SendPepper, ************* etc etc.

Some of these services are more sophisticated in that they can actually send postcards to your prospects (SendPepper).

Others (iContact) have great segmentation features that allow you to group your list in a variety of ways according to the characteristics of your sub-list.

So the purpose of your squeeze page is to provide an "ethical bribe" for people to give you their contact info. That way, you can do an easy sell via your e-mail sequence.

Hope this helps!
