Im currently deployed and my home station is at Tinker AFB, looking for a mentor in my area.

I'm wondering if any folks in the Houston / College Station or maybe even Austin areas have any thoughts on whether it'd be a good idea to to buy SFRs in the small town of Navasota near CS.

Currently 1. looking for contractors in the area for updates and 2. confirm what we can get in rent for a 2b/1b unit walking distance to the Clifton-Aldan train station and the 102 light rail.Lastly, I welcome any thoughts on conversion to a triplex down the line.Looking forward to connecting with you all!

After graduating, I decided to join the military, and I am currently stationed overseas.

A few blocks to the west you have Liberty Station apartments and a few to the east you have Prince Hall apartments.

First thing I did was map it and that's when I realized that the home sits behind a gas station and walking out the front door of the property looking about 45 degrees to the left is the back of a not so beautiful building.

I did some radio on Christian radio stations those worked pretty good.But the best was cold calling..

They park the cars in the old drive up ordering sit and eat stations. 

One well feeds a gas station/grocery store and a couple other building along with one of our potential units.
