Hello BP members!

My boyfriend and I just purchased a duplex in Clifton/Aldan, Delaware County, PA. Potential to convert basement to a third unit. For now we're planning to house hack and BRRR. As this is out first venture into real estate, we're looking to learn, network and exchange thoughts/ideas!

Currently 1. looking for contractors in the area for updates and 2. confirm what we can get in rent for a 2b/1b unit walking distance to the Clifton-Aldan train station and the 102 light rail.

Lastly, I welcome any thoughts on conversion to a triplex down the line.
