@Brandon Kessler There are a number of people who belong to various meetup groups in the OKC area that I would recommend going to, so that you can meet some new people and find those that are interested in what you want to do.

Go to meetup.com and look up

  • OKC Real Estate Investors
  • Oklahoma City Real Estate Investor Happy Hour
  • Oklahoma Real Estate Investors Association
  • Bricktown OKC REI Level Up

As far as a mentor goes, there are a few people that offer coaching and of course it costs money. If you're new getting started, I'd recommend starting through self-education reading the books you hear mentioned on the podcasts and listening to those podcasts too.

What books are you looking to read as you get started? Which podcasts have you listened to?

Lastly, the forums here are also a great place to learn new things too. I hope this helps.
