I am also doing something on Linkedin and Facebook that I guarantee you know other listing agent is doing.

You might try LinkedIn as some professionals will post their contact info there, but in general people don't want to have cold calls on their cell phone, especially if they own a large number of units.

LinkedIn is amazing.
