Hot tubs needs to have the water swapped per guest (from what I have read here on BP).

Gas company tech then mentions that the usage pattern triggers something at the gas company to think the meter is broken, so they swap out meters in that case quite a bit.Then last year, the gas company moved the gas meter from being inside the basement to being outside of this same house.

When M2 is being added in massive and CPE increases it would just means inflation 12 months ahed, so rather than buy fix or hedge the floating with swap, this guy is just buying with floating, hence massive foreclosure today.

Under normal circumstances yes, but I don’t know if you can currently fight someone who swaps roommates.

Especially reporting damage.I hit up our rental 2x a year at least and do battery swaps etc.

Turn-key is great when it comes to listing the property right away, but many times you do need to swap out some furnishings for one reason or another.

One micro example is that I used to be able to get hot water boilers swapped in my rentals for about $4k. 2 weeks ago I had one of my best HVAC guys charge me almost $10k and I almost lost my mind.
