New Deal Swap Zoom Meeting in Maryland

HI All,

I'm Apollos.

im joining bigger pockets forms to find more investors in the Ocean city/Worcestor County and Anne Arundel County areas of Maryland.
I'm looking to start a bi-weekly deal swap where we meet on zoom to bring up our buy/sell/trades we have. Each person will get about 5min to present and have their contact info so that others can reach out after the call. I'm all about efficiency and networking. There are plenty of Baltimore and DC REIA's but for me being in Ocean city and Anne Arundel Co I don't see anything. I know there are people out there flipping and managing some 10unit vintage looking 200sqft multi fams in The Dena. If you are a local you know what I mean haha.

Anyway I buy and hold low-effort value add long-term rentals. I do everything but looking to start buying more ugly ducklings that need new bathrooms so I will outsource that but with this handyman shortage i've been thinking about setting up something around that.  There are a lot of opportunities in eastern MD.

I'm also looking for deep-pocket silent investors that want to do a joint-venture.
