Unless you are a wholesaler trying to make yourself look like a bigger company it doesn't do a whole lot.We want to create a mission statement so that once we are established we can have it on our website/social media so if someone hears about us through our marketing and goes to look us up online there is something that gives them an idea of what we are about.

If I decide later to start a construction business (actively building and selling new spec houses), assuming this is taxed as ordinary income with social security, etc and treating the homes as inventory - if you build a house, then sell it, then spend that money building a second one, but don't sell it until the next year, then sell it, then build another, can you effectively push off the taxes as you are rolling the sale proceeds into new inventory costs / construction costs?

I was using Credit Bureau Associates who have recently moved/consolidated with TenantAlert.Have the option of running, criminal background and identity fraud checks.Have the option of  paying for it myself or applicant to pay.I get the credit score, account types open, closed, payment history, status of accounts, balances, etc.

That is an interesting fact about the FHA status, does that mean you cannot use an FHA for houses over those costs?
