Mission Statement Critique

I wanted to get some input on our idea for a mission statement:

We are committed to buying, rehabilitating, and selling single family homes in the Huntsville, AL area with integrity and professionalism. Our clients will be treated with the care and respect they deserve. We strive to make the process quick and beneficial.

I would also add clarity in your mission statement about who you want to work with. 

This is taken straight from creating a profitable marketing message from business training I am going through.

"I work with ... (target market) who ... (urgent problem). I help them ... (ultimate result)."

So for instance, "I work with sellers who need help in selling their property fast. We help them move on and get cash at closing regardless of equity and condition. Our clients will be treated with the care and respect they deserve. We strive to make the process quick and beneficial."
