My recommendation would be to engage an investment property focused realtor (not a general residential realtor) and let that person guide you through the process from pre-qualification to market/property valuation and selection. 

Property is on an acre lot so units are separated and very private making it a great house hack.Located next to Benderson Park which makes it a great location for STRing the guest house.

That being said, some "property managers" are real estate agents and NOT a property manager.   

I’ve househacked a handful of properties and am currently doing so now.

Most hard money Lenders can't give you final approval without the property because they do an analysis to determine what their risk is. 

However, our research indicates that many DSCR lenders require Florida properties to be held in an entity.Are there any DSCR lenders that offer loans for properties held in a personal name?
