so when I give my little talks at some of the REIAS etc my talk this year is what I call pivoting.. and in our business world we try to limit debt.. not juice paper returns based on leverage..

There are multiple different brands, "Bug Juice", "M-1" etc.  

I guess that could be true on a SMOKIN deal ... but not all deals these days have that much juice in them especially if your looking at buy and hold.

My PM in chicago (MACK) just went belly up and stole $4000 from me.  

The agent sews up the pocket listing and off they go to find an all-cash deal with a young whippersnapper with fire-in-the-belly who'll really do right by the place.

We will lose time, money, happiness and brain juice, etc if we go sue them or just to see how much money we can burn on both sides.I will see what I can do after I got my keys.. hopefully I can get this done and find a better place to invest

If you keep asking, they'll find something to belly ache about just to make you happy. 

@Will Gaston Unfortunately denying some due to the emotional support animal could get you in trouble if they report to Fair Housing - we have even gotten into a debate with Fair Housing about an emotional support pot belly pig before.

Is the juice worth the squeeze in this case?

The reason for the terms is because sometimes they do not have enough coin for the entire fee, so there are payments involved, or I get back end juice.
