Another approach I’ve seen but don’t recommend is where an investor purchased a new identity and was able to establish credit and buy property under the new identity.

I am recovering from identity theft so my credit is not good.

So are the 4 units identical and rents just haven’t been raised equally or are the cheaper units smaller?  

plenty of ways dont give up after your first few HM lenders, call hundreds learn all the different packages.. the great thing about lending programs is theyre almost identical on a national level, but deals are local so get to hunting

You will need proof of your identity, residence, and SSN. 

It would function almost identically to a securing a loan through an LLC.

The only reason I'm using LLC's is identity protection.When you file any paper with city or county, you don't use your SSN as an owner but rather EIN of the LLC.Also, the info of ownership is public in Ohio: you don't want every tenant to know that you own tons of houses.....especially if it's free and clear......that's when people want to think how they can take you to the cleaners  

I just use the built in software to do that and I get a report back from Transunion within about 2 hours of the tenant fills out the verification of identity piece. 

Houses almost identical to it, in terms of style, layout, # of beds & baths, are going for around $140k in the same neighborhood.
