I’m trying to find a way to manage properties remotely without using a property management company. Is there any tech out there that helps with this?

@Thomas Staub You can do a lot of what a PM company does with technology. I use TenantCloud but I still have an on the ground PM. You need someone to actually look at the property, deal with problems, make sure the yard is being mowed, do tenant check in and check out. Evictions don’t happen very often so you could just hire an attoney to do them for you and pay them to post notices. I self-managed remotely but I don’t do it any more. Dealing with humans requires other humans!
