Most everything could and would be done via phone / email.If you dont have a real estate sales license, you need that before you can get brokers, you also have to be a licensed sales agent for 2 years before you can apply for broker.There are some brokers who will let agents do PM under them though for a cut so that may be a temp option for you as well.

If your offering the unit as you the landlord is paying for the gas, then I don't think it's reasonable to cap temp on the thermostat.

Eric W.We just had another 6 inch snow fall, and temperatures have never been above freezing for the last week or so and the long range forecast is 2 more weeks of this sub freezing temps.I'm not getting any calls from people who want to move right now.The first day in Feb when the temps break 60 degrees, will be the start of the spring thaw, not only in temps, but prospective renters too.
