PM in New York State
Any NYS experts out there?
I would like to know if it is possible, in good old New York State, to start a property management business out of your home. I would eventually move to an office of some sort, but starting out I obviously wouldn't have the profits to pay rent for office space. I have been trying to get a solid answer to this question for some time now, and haven't had much luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
