Getting approved for an STR permit in Columbus - Out of state

Good afternoon,

I am an investor located in New York. Investing in Columbus Ohio. I own a few multi family homes and i'm looking to do a hybrid of STR/MTR & LTR

In the process of applying for an STR permit I'm being asked for a 24 hour local contact with a residential address. If I plan on self managing the STR from a distance what would be the best solution for a 24 hour contact for the application?

Thanks in advance.

Replied

Some people use their cleaner and then possibly compensate them for it.
