Items on the agenda are:- pave road going through property- light landscape work- build perimeter fence - clean debris around park- set actual gravel pads where RV's will go- acquire newer MH's at wholesale price to owner finance to new tenants- add extra security lighting and cameras to property Any and all advice is welcome!

I have camera footage showing them dumping trash in my back yard over my fence, i have reported the matter to baltimore 311 but they are absolutely the worst in taking any action.

(I have access to his security system as I paid him to have a couple of cameras added to his system facing my driveway and property after some prior issues with a tenant)Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve that parking space issue?

Maybe add some wireless security cameras and charge to the tenant.

What about paid 24 hour parking with a fence and a guard (or a camera service type guard and a gate).Nice smooth blacktop with fresh white stripes and some shrubs to make it look nice, surrounded by a 10 foot chain link fence. 

Cameras and alarms won’t help.

But it's one of the uglier facilities, ungated,no cameras, no electricity.

They didnt really do anything other than paint, new security cameras and " increase rent" on 3 units of 18 total.  

However,  the surveillance camera showed that a young bear pushed it down with one finger this morning.

Have them tie you in, so you can look at the cameras either on your cell or computer.e.
