We ask folks to put down area rugs or small mats under their furniture.

I inherited a scum bag tenant that lived in the property for 17 years who destroyed the apartment with all his amazing handywork and stopped paying rent when i told him he couldnt use his apartment as a laundry mat.

Once someone replies to an add, it's just a mouse click to do some screening based on their own Facebook posts. 

i'd be tempted to let them out since they have been nice.I may counter at $5k + any costs I had (like appraisal), but I don't have it in my to enforce specific performance and take a nice person to the mat in court

A record has to be entered into the system somewhere but a lead is separate from a property even though you should be able to transfer the data from one to the other with a click of the mouse.

I dunno...I looked at owing the building of a local 'mat years ago and decided against it.

I've been looking in state, out of state and all I find are $100/m at best.

If you have even a small hole you missed behind a wall somewhere, a gap around a pipe or electrical stub a mouse hole or any cavity whatsoever the sound is gonna come right through that spot and all your efforts will be mostly futile.

Anyone ever read "If You Give a Pig a Pancake" or "If You Give a Cat a Cupcake" or "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" etc. ? 

Lastly, she also mentioned something about "mouse droppings" this is not something I saw when I was there and I am totally groused out by it.
